Savoury seed snack

I don’t think I have made these lovelies since my days at the Natural Foodstore back in my home town when I was probably still a teenager. Just a deliciously simple savoury nutritious seed snack full of healthy fats, fibre, magnesium, iron, calcium, zinc selenium, and vitamin E.  I had imagined them lasting a few days but they were gone pretty much immediately…

Simply dry roast the seeds (any type, I used sunflower, pumpkin and linseed) for about a minute or until the linseeds start popping (as i discovered) then a dash of soy sauce (or tamari if you are wheat free) and serve. Took about 60 seconds.
