After feeling the need to validate myself as a fully functioning, kale endorsing Nutritional Therapist, I finally made kale chips! Really simple and totally yummy. A nutritious and savoury snack, a great alternative to potato crisps if you want to munch on something. The recipe is simple: Remove the big stalky bits, toss the leaves in about a teaspoon of olive oil and some sea salt (go easy on both of these, they both go a long way) and then bake them in the oven until crispy. I will definitely be making these again – my three year old also loved them!
