As a teenager I worked in an independent wholefood shop. Working there gave me a basic understanding of the therapeutic power of food. 20 years later I realised my passion for nutritional therapy and undertook my training at the influential Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London.
I have a young family, an allotment, a love of reading and therefore very little time! I understand the challenge of trying to live a healthy lifestyle alongside balancing the rest of your commitments. Over the years I have learnt to work closely with my clients to find recommendations that are both effective and realistic. I offer a friendly, practical and supportive approach to nutritional therapy.
I regularly undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) by attending lectures and seminars to keep my skills and knowledge up to date.
