  4. Eat 7 vegetables and fruit aapples and pears day—5 a day is not enough. In order to obtain enough vitamins and minerals to support a healthy body, mind and spirit then you need to pack your meals with nutrient dense foods which contain fibre. Eat your veg!
  5. Eat foods containing omega 3 essential fatty acids— Eat lots of nuts and seeds and oily fish such as salmon, mackerel and sardines to boost omega 3 levels. Your body cannot produce this nutrient. It is an integral part of the cell wall and it is particularly useful for brain, blood, and joint health.
